✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

📌 For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
• Pet food (dog/cat food) • Opened tumblers or drinkware • Used personal items (e.g., hygiene-related products) • Knives and sharp objects (for safety reasons, unless defective) • Customized or clearance sale items


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at help.trendsifystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow Instructions
    We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship It Back
    Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address.

✅ Return shipping costs will be covered for all approved returns due to our error or defective products. For other cases, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.


💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • We will notify you by email when your refund is processed.
  • If your return is not eligible, we will inform you with the reason.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item:

  1. Return your original purchase following the return process.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

🚫 Cancellations

You may cancel your order under these conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to cancel before your order ships.
  • After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (if eligible).
